Funded by the Ken Cleveland Foundation and other donors from the Medina County business community, the County Forward Fund Work Scholarship is designed to help start the careers of recent Medina County high school graduates with scholarships to pay for work-related expenses.

Students do not need to have a job lined up at the time of applying for the scholarship. You must come back to this form once you have a job lined up and fill in the rest of the information before the deadline date.
